Hello and welcome

My name is Juan Fernández and I teach Spanish in London, at UCL-Language Centre, a great place to work as a teacher of languages or to be a student, as I mentioned somewhere else.

This blog is a space of work for any language teachers interested in blogging, but especially for those with little experience in how to use this new technology.

The idea is primarily to discuss and reflect about whether blogs can enhance language teaching and learning, and, eventually, learn to create one ourselves.

  1. Hi – just stumbled across your blog via Isabelle’s del.icio.us bookmarks. Good to see you;re encouraging language teachers to blog. I’ve been doing it for 8 months now and love it. My blog is to encourage Primary Language teachers with ideas, opinions, resources and laughs! and appearing on my blog has worked well as a motivating factor to my pupils.

  2. Thank you Lisa. I have seen your blog and it looks really great. Although I teach at the uni, I may get some good ideas for my own future blogs.
